Commercial operations- Pre-Fixture and Post Fixture Operations for the vessels is led by a Master Mariner, supported by dedicated team.
Our pre-fixture and post-fixture operations are closely monitored and are supported by Lean and Six-Sigma principles which have enabled us to streamline operations.
Our team has access to cargo owners / shippers/ receivers and Ship Owners/charterers. We are committed to find suitable employment of vessels on spot charter, short term charter and long-term charter.
We can also develop long term cargo commitments (COA ) for various requirements of steel makers , Oil majors .
Our Associates and partners are already engaged in ship brokering services through their offices in Europe & Middle East.

We have Professionals with experience in New Building Plan approval, site supervision for vessels across various sectors ranging from bulk carriers, oil tankers, gas carriers, offshore vessels and many more.
Site Supervision and Project Management Team having experience of New Building Projects in Japan, Korea, China, India, Europe etc.
Our team of Professionals have experience of managing over 50 dry-docks.
We optimize dry-dock expenses by planning and scheduling machinery and equipment maintenance by on-board teams and surveys prior to dry-dock entry.
Our team has experience of scrubber and BWTS installation.
